Delivery

We aim to dispatch all stock Items within 24 hours of receipt and authorization of credit cards. If there is any problem regarding your order you will be contacted within 24 hrs. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday excluding bank Holidays. Please allow extra time if ordering for the festive season.

1. All items in stock will be sent out by the end of the next working day. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery of stock items.

2. Non-stock items will be ordered within 24 hrs of receipt and authorization of credit cards and dispatched within 12 hrs of receipt. As all manufacturers operate a different delivery policy, please allow a standard 28 days delivery for non-stock items, although we will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

3. All orders will be sent in discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. Orders are then dispatched by recorded delivery using the Royal Mail as standard and must be signed for. We accept no responsibility or liability for goods once they have been signed for.

4. All orders over £50.00 will be free of Postage & Packing and orders below £50.00 will incur a charge of £3.00 within the U.K. and Europe.

Returns Policy

At Letsgetfrisky.co.uk we want you to be happy with both our products and our service. We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will either exchange them or provide a refund. Please note that postage is non-refundable on returns and where postage has been paid, the refund will be less the Postage costs. Due to the intimate nature of the goods we sell, we are unable to offer refunds on goods that have been worn or used. The goods should be returned unworn/unused with all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resalable condition. These are required to be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Refunds shall be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original card used. We also recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
